Dumbbells can be used to do curl ups and get arm strength. There are many things dumbbells can be used for like shoulder shrugs, single leg squat with added weights and more.
weight bandsWeight bands are used for muscle stretching. Also used for arm strength and pull it apart making arm muscles even.

Weight balls can be used to throw on the floor, throwing up, even throwing to someone else. Working out your arms but can also be used for core by sitting down with knees at 90 degree angle and your back off the ground but not straight up and use the ball in your arm and rotate side to side.
RunningRunning is more to stay smaller but still have muscle.
